Hey, I'm Pascal an ex-teacher turned facilitator and corporate culture consultant (and I dabble with occasional coaching too).
Hello! I'm Pascal, a former teacher who found his true calling in guiding companies to foster vibrant corporate cultures. My journey from the classroom to the boardroom has been driven by a singular passion: seeing people thrive in their environment.
When the suit comes off, I’m a family man, a friend, meme creator and enthusiastic striker for my local football club. It's these human connections that infuse my professional endeavors with empathy, insight, and a dash of fun.
Companies often seek me out when they're at a crossroads, needing swift support or fresh, innovative ideas to keep their teams engaged and customers happy. I have a background in in education and labor sciences and love researching (on a personal level) and writing about the dynamics of meaningful work, the intricacies of learning, the drivers of motivation, and the secrets to fostering long-term, meaningful engagement.
